Rupert Mark Homes Limited started its development business in Prestiegne, Powys mid wales and has since undertaken a number of developments from new build houses to flats in Lyneham in Wiltshire . We converted a large office building in Lyneham to 6 flats and added four new build apartments with a mix of one and two bedroom flats. In addition during 2018 we completed a development of 12 terrace homes in Rodbourne Swindon. We delivered these new developments with our partner company BKI Developments Limited. We are a Swindon based business looking to grow in the fast and expanding market place that is Swindon. The demand for housing in Swindon is strong and we aim to meet part of that expansion. We like to use local contractors and suppliers and look to develop long term relationships to support our future projects.
